I am a licensed counselor and a member of the Illinois Counseling Association. As a therapist I can help you change harmful ways of thinking. If you tend to see things negatively, I can teach you how to look at the world more clearly. I can help you learn to relate better with others. You'll focus on how to express your feelings, and how to develop better people skills: Which is helpful with strengthening of relationships. I can help you change harmful ways of acting.
